MS-322

PTFE Dry Lubricant

High lubricity and extensive temperature range make this stable, waxlike lubricant suitable for applications where smooth, repeated movement is essential. Based on Teflon® chemistry, MS-322's Krytox® DF, is nonflammable, nonstaining, clean and nonmigrating. It is able to function under temperature conditions ranging from cryogenic to 500° F (260° C). Suitable application substrates include: metals, glass, ceramics, rubber, elastomers, wood, paper and some plastics*. Contains no silicones. Class 2 ODC.

The outstanding lubricity of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene telomer) solids incorporated by Miller-Stephenson Dry Lubricants is indicated by the low coefficient of friction. The following values were determined at 23 lbs per sq in: steel on steel, 0.11; aluminum on aluminum, 0.16; hardwood on hardwood, 0.10.

Excellent for use on tie rod ends/joints or any sliding/mating parts for all your Snowmobile/Atv/Motorcycle/Marine needs.
