QRS-1

1. Place threaded rod in tie down hole through washers.

2. Use a screwdirver or your hand to twist rod in deck.

3. Tighten hex nut until snug. Use hex nut to adjust height.

4. Place your tie-down bar over the threaded rod.

5. Use the large flat washer next if your bar has grooves.

6. Tilt the Quick Release Knob and slide it down the rod.

7. Tilt the Knob forward to lock the threads and tighten.

8. Tighten past desired hitch pin clip hole, add hitch pin clip.

Done. Items 1-3 will only need to be done once.

To remove, simply untighten the knob, tilt and slide up.

Quick, easy, and inexpensive. The QRS is the choice.

Note: Prototype shown without Zinc plating,
3M VHB tape( to hold down washer to tie down bar)
& lanyard attached from hitch pin clip to washer (hole drilled).
We will be using thin hex nuts instead of standard hex nuts.
